Transaction process
At the beginning of the conversation, the customer said that they needed to buy 3 sets and asked if we could deliver them to the door. After communicating with the workshop and logistics company, our salesman replied that it was okay. Then, our business explains the delivery process, time and delivery address, prepares a quotation and sends it to the customer, and finally, the customer satisfies the order.
