- 125-ton 2.5-meter electro-hydraulic CNC bending machine
● Core configuration: Equipped with the German Bosch DELEM E21S CNC system, which supports multi-axis linkage programming, has a bending accuracy of ±0.01mm, and is equipped with 10 sets of mold libraries and automatic mold changing functions.
● Structural advantages: The all-steel welded fuselage has undergone vibration aging treatment, and its anti-eccentric load capacity is increased by 30%. It is suitable for continuous operation of 0.5-12mm stainless steel plates and carbon steel plates.
● Energy consumption performance: It uses a servo motor to drive the hydraulic pump, with an energy saving efficiency of 45%. The standard 4kW power unit meets the Brazilian 380V/60Hz industrial voltage standard.

● Shearing capacity: The maximum shearing force is 200 tons. It can handle 2.5 meters wide and 16mm thick steel plates. The knife edge gap is electrically adjusted with an accuracy of ±0.05mm.
● Intelligent control: Integrated E21S human-machine interface, supports shearing angle, stroke, counting and other parameter presets, and has fault self-diagnosis function.
- Packaging and transportation plan
● The main body of the equipment is fully wrapped with waterproof plastic film, and the interior is bundled and fixed with galvanized steel wire. A foam cotton buffer layer is installed on the slider guide rail of the bending machine.
● Precision components (such as CNC panels and hydraulic valve groups) are independently packaged in wooden boxes with built-in desiccant and shock-proof foam. The outer box is marked with the "Fragile, Do Not Press" logo.
